Judy worked as a HR Consultant at Jaguar Land Rover before taking up the post of Operations Manager here at Blue Thorn. She has been fundamental in the push to make Blue Thorn a much smoother and professional running operation.
Since her arrival she has overseen the overhaul of the IT infrastructure, our human resources structure and approach, introduction of a full, policy driven set of rules which will pave the way for Blue Thorn’s ISO 9001 accreditation.
